Closure Inspection System

CIS100 is a camera-based inspection system for plastic caps and closures. It checks every closure leaving the moulding or lining machine for moulding defects, liner faults, tamper-band damage and colour variation — and rejects faulty parts automatically.
Overview
Zero-defect closures at production speed.
A faulty closure can mean a leaking bottle, a broken seal or a product recall. CIS100 looks at every cap from several angles, compares it with the taught recipe and removes any part that does not match — before it reaches the capping line.
Operators teach a new closure in a few steps, and every rejected part is saved with its image so quality teams can trace problems back to the mould.
