Overview
Every cap and every fill level, checked at line speed.
Eliminate defects. A continuous stream of real-time information — especially failure data — lets operators isolate the causes of capping and filling problems. The rejection mechanism automatically removes defective bottles before they reach your customers.
Quality assurance. CFS100 provides immediate results and reports on a configurable classification scale. Defect images are saved and can be printed for internal and customer quality reports.
