Secures product before filling.
With the re-winder module, serialization moves off the filling line. Label or pouch-film rolls are unwound, each label is printed with its unique code and verified by camera, and the roll is re-wound ready for production — so the filling line runs at full speed with no coding equipment on it.
Every code is mapped to its roll and batch in AgriTrace Series software, and defective labels are flagged so they never reach the market.
