Overview
TIS100 is a camera-based inspection tool that capture, process and analyse every square millimetre of real time images of your product. A fully automated 100% inspection & defect classification enable users with implementation of a zero-defect strategy at high speed production and throughput.

A continuous stream of real time information –especially failure data allows the operator to isolate the causes of machining imperfections. TIS100’s rejection mechanism automatically removes defective products off from the production line before they reach to your customers or fail in the field.
