Hikmah provides spare parts in terms of main parts and vulnerable parts within 48-hours delivery in emergencies.

A comprehensive range of technical training services from technical theory to practical operation. We understand our customers can have new personnel involved in their engineering and maintenance team, Hikmah can train them online or in person and demonstrate how to operate our vision systems.

Telephone &
Remote Support

The technical team provides customers with 7 days *24 hours support over telephone & remote connection. All Hikmah vision system come with 12 months remote monitoring support included at no any additional charges. Beyond the period of 12 months, all customers encouraged to sign up for our annual RMS service to ensure uninterrupted operation.
