Overview

LIS100 is a camera-based inspection tool that capture, process and analyse each pixels of the real time images of the label.  A fully automated 100 percent inspection & defect classification enable the users with implementation of a zero-defect strategy at high speed production and throughput.

Eliminate Defects​

A continuous stream of real time information –especially failure data allows the operator to isolate the causes of Label imperfections. LIS100’s rejection mechanism automatically removes defective products off from the production line before they reach to your customers or fail in the field.

Quality Assurance​

LIS100 provides immediate results and reports according to a configurable classification scale. It captures images of your Product and save the images with defects to disk and allow you to print them out to include in your quality report both internally and to your customers.
