Hikmah’s CMS100 is a perfect stand-alone tool to verify a quality of the laser & print markings on your cables or wires for aerospace & other application. CMS100 complies with the requirement of BAC 5152 process specification as well as EN3475 – 705 contrast measurement standards.

Hikmah’s CMS100 allow you to rapidly observe the contrast on all types of light coloured cables and provides immediate results and reports quality according to a configurable classification scale. It captures images of your samples and save the images with lower contrast value to disk and allow you to print them out to include in your quality reporting both internally and to your customers.

The CMS100 has a standard “reference measurement” method to define the criteria of Pass/Fail by comparing a master specimen’s contrast value to the sample’s contrast value. The system is designed for simplicity of use. Samples are loaded into a precision wire mount. The operator adjusts the position of the sample while observing the image on screen.
