Overview
BPO100 is the most popular and universal vision inspection tool that is capable of detecting and verifying all major barcodes, pharma-code, 2D Code (Data Matrix/QR codes), Batch details, logo/art work check on all types of cartons, boxes, bottles, automotive parts, shipper, bundles, electronic parts, casing, labels & pamphlets.
BPO100 supports most of all type of code & font. BPO100 inspects every data code with batch information and display quality trends in real-time; so corrective action can be taken before quality becomes unacceptable.
If the quality falls below user-defined levels, the system can generate outputs to trigger a warning light, active auxiliary equipment, stop the production line or BPO100’s rejection mechanism can remove the products with an incorrect data off from the production line.
